We understand that sometimes our phone lines can be flooded and it is quite hard to stay on line. In case you are unable to reach us via telephone, please text us at the same number and we will try to get back to you the same day for non-urgent matters and for urgent sick visits please walk in during our walk-in hours. This option is only for immediate medical exam and not to be utilized for paperwork or referrals
We understand being a parent is challenging and to accommodate many of our parent’s request we allow walk ins during our office hours. But priority will be given to patients with appointments. We request parents to respect our policy specially with their sick child as we would love to take care of your child at our office than at the Emergency or Urgent care facility.
"Your child’s health is of prime importance to us. Each time a patient misses an appointment without adequate prior notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, Lone Star Pediatrics reserves the right to charge a fee of $ 25.00 for all missed appointments that are not cancelled with a 24-hour notice."
